Skipping Training 2015

The pupils in all classes took part in skipping training as part of our continued push to make sure that all of our pupils are fit and healthy.  Skipping is an easy and fun way to ensure that your body stays fit and subtle and can be successfully completed as an individual, as a pair, or as a group.  Skipping regularly forms part of our games warm-up activities; with pupils developing increasingly complex moves as they move through school.

Healthy living, including fitness is an important part of our curriculum.  Our fulltime sports coach and health mentor works across the school to ensure all of our pupils receive at least two hours per week of high quality physical education.
