Flapjack

Ingredients

  • Margarine 450g
  • Syrup 240g
  • Sugar 240g
  • Rolled oats 600g

Method

  1. Melt margarine with syrup and sugar.
  2. Add rolled oats, flatten into tins.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven.
  4. Cut into portions whilst still warm.
